RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our products are one-of-a kind, but so are our customers! Please see our return policy below.
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
CLEARANCE & SAMPLE SALE ITEMS
If the product was marked "CLEARANCE" or "SAMPLE SALE" on the product page and in your shopping cart, unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds.
Our pre-sales are an integral part of our business. They help us reduce waste by keeping a small inventory, producing to our customer's orders. They also act as "Kickstarters" for each of our collections, helping us to make advance payments to our Fair Trade workshop in Lahore to purchase materials and to pay our designer, artisan and tailor salaries.
We love our pre-sale customers! That's why all of our pre-sale items are fully refundable / exchangeable for 21 days from the delivery date of your item, based on our tracking information. Please follow the instructions here for your pre-sale returns.
TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To return your product, you should mail your product with the original invoice to: 157 Duane Street, Unit 2, New York New York US 10013. Please mark on the invoice your reason for return. If you would like to exchange it for another item or item(s), please specify on your invoice as well.
If you would prefer for us to send you a pre-paid shipping label, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a return label, and we will send you a label to print. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt and approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal account after your provider has processed it. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when the refund is processed by our team.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund within your next credit card cycle after we've confirmed we've processed it, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If you’d like to exchange your item for something else on our website, please specify the requested exchange on your return and we will ship the new item(s) to you if available. If the exchanged item(s) total the same price as your returned item(s) and you received free shipping on your original order, there is nothing else you’ll need to do. If there is a difference on the exchange or a shipping charge is required, we will either bill you or refund you the difference as applicable.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver's credit card.
